Thank you for supporting GlitchRealm! This Donation Policy explains how financial contributions work on our platform.

All financial contributions to GlitchRealm are voluntary donations, not purchases. By contributing, you're helping us build better games and maintain our community infrastructure.

Voluntary Contributions

All donations are made freely and without obligation. We deeply appreciate your support, but contributions are:

• Not purchases of goods or services
• Not investments in GlitchRealm or its projects
• Not contracts for future products or features

Your donation is a gesture of goodwill to support our ongoing development efforts.

No Refunds Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Before making a contribution, please ensure you:

• Understand that donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Have authorization to use the payment method provided
• Are contributing of your own free will

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@glitchrealm.ca.

What Donations Do Not Grant

Contributing to GlitchRealm does not provide:

• Ownership rights in GlitchRealm or any of its intellectual property
• Exclusive access to content, features, or services
• Guaranteed perks or rewards
• Transactional rights or entitlements to specific deliverables
• Influence or control over development decisions

Donations are gifts to support our mission, not exchanges for goods or services.

Optional Supporter Recognition

From time to time, we may offer optional perks to our supporters as a gesture of appreciation, such as:

• Early access to announcements or development updates
• Supporter badges or recognition in our community
• Special thank-you messages or shout-outs

These perks are never obligations and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. They do not constitute a transaction or guarantee of specific benefits.

Use of Funds

Your contributions help us grow and maintain GlitchRealm. Donated funds may be used for:

• Server hosting and infrastructure costs
• Community support and moderation

• Operational expenses and administrative costs
• Other purposes that support GlitchRealm's mission

We reserve the right to allocate funds as needed to best serve the platform and community.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We understand that mistakes happen. If you have concerns about a donation, please contact us first at support@glitchrealm.ca before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed for a voluntary donation that was properly authorized and processed, we may need to:

• Review your account status and supporter benefits
• Temporarily suspend access while we investigate the dispute
• Remove associated supporter perks if the chargeback is finalized

This policy exists to protect our community from fraudulent activity. Legitimate fraud cases or unauthorized charges are always handled with care — we're here to help resolve genuine issues.

Governing Law

This Donation Policy is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta.

By making a donation, you agree that any legal matters related to your contribution will be handled under this jurisdiction. All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to donations will be subject to Canadian federal law and the laws of Alberta.
