Intellectual Property

GlitchRealm Games respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Key points:

  • "GlitchRealm" and "GlitchRealm Games" are brand names of GlitchRealm Games
  • Studio names, project names, and logos within the GlitchRealm ecosystem are property of their respective owners
  • You may not use these names or confusingly similar names without prior written permission
  • User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and use it within our services

Virtual Items and Purchases

When using GlitchRealm services, please understand:

  • Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value
  • Virtual items are non-transferable and may be revoked or modified

Service Modifications and Availability
