"GlitchRealm" and "GlitchRealm Games" are brand names of GlitchRealm Games and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Protected Brand Names

The following names, logos, and brand identifiers are the exclusive property of GlitchRealm Games or their respective owners:

  • GlitchRealm — primary brand name
  • GlitchRealm Games — company name
  • All associated logos, graphics, and visual identities
  • Studio names and project names within the GlitchRealm ecosystem
  • Game titles and related branding elements

Brand Usage Guidelines

You may not use GlitchRealm brand names or confusingly similar names without prior written permission from GlitchRealm Games.

Third-Party Brands

GlitchRealm may reference third-party trademarks, brand names, or logos in our services. All such marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The use of third-party brands does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the brand owners.

Asset Licensing

This repository includes both open-source code and restricted assets:

  • LICENSE (MIT) — applies to source code only
  • LICENSE-ASSETS (All Rights Reserved) — applies to artwork, audio, logos, and other media
