GlitchRealm Games operates as part of a larger digital ecosystem and relies on external platforms and third-party services to deliver core functionality. This document clarifies the relationship between GlitchRealm, external service providers, and you as a user.

When you interact with third-party services through GlitchRealm, you are simultaneously agreeing to those providers' terms and policies. GlitchRealm's legal agreements do not supersede or replace the terms of external service providers.
It is your responsibility to review and comply with the terms of any third-party service you use in connection with GlitchRealm. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the policies of providers involved in transactions, data storage, or account management.
Important: GlitchRealm cannot modify, negotiate, or waive the terms of third-party service providers. If you disagree with a provider's terms, you may need to discontinue use of features that depend on that service.
All financial transactions on GlitchRealm, including donations and potential future purchases, are processed through external payment providers. GlitchRealm does not directly handle, store, or process payment card information.
When you make a payment through GlitchRealm:
Payment disputes, chargebacks, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the payment processor and applicable payment network rules. GlitchRealm will cooperate with legitimate dispute resolution processes but cannot override decisions made by financial institutions or payment providers.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
GlitchRealm partners with payment processors that implement industry-standard security measures. However, the security of your payment information during transmission and storage is primarily the responsibility of the payment processor.
GlitchRealm is not liable for security breaches, unauthorized transactions, or data compromises that occur within the systems of third-party payment providers.
GlitchRealm's functionality depends on the ongoing availability of third-party platforms. We select providers based on reliability and performance, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from external platforms.
If a third-party service experiences downtime, technical issues, or service degradation, GlitchRealm features that depend on that service may be temporarily unavailable or perform poorly. GlitchRealm is not responsible for disruptions caused by external service failures.
GlitchRealm reserves the right to change, add, or remove third-party service providers as operational needs evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption when transitioning between providers, but cannot guarantee seamless migration in all cases.
If a provider change affects your stored data or account functionality, we will provide advance notice when reasonably possible.

This External Platforms policy is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. However, your interactions with third-party service providers may be subject to different governing laws as specified in their terms of service.
In the event of a conflict between this policy and the terms of a third-party provider, the third-party terms govern your use of that specific service.
GlitchRealm may update this External Platforms policy as our service integrations evolve or as required by changes in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email to registered users.
