A formal request to review a moderation decision, account action, or content removal. Appeals are reviewed by our team and may result in decisions being upheld, overturned, or modified. See our Content Moderation Policy for details.

The legally binding contract between you and GlitchRealm Games, consisting of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

The protected names, logos, and identifiers of GlitchRealm Games, including but not limited to "GlitchRealm" and "GlitchRealm Games", which may not be used without permission.

A reversal of a payment transaction initiated by the payer through their financial institution or payment card issuer. Chargebacks are handled by external payment providers according to their dispute resolution procedures.

An authorized member of the GlitchRealm development team with elevated privileges for platform maintenance and moderation. Developers are identified by specific UIDs in our system.

The act of publicly revealing someone's private or personal information (real name, address, phone number, etc.) without their consent. Strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Actions taken by GlitchRealm to address violations of our Terms of Service or policies. May include warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, account suspension, or permanent ban. See Content Moderation Policy.

U.S. copyright law that provides a mechanism for reporting copyright infringement. We comply with DMCA takedown procedures for reported violations.

A voluntary financial contribution to support GlitchRealm's development and operations. Donations are not purchases and do not entitle the donor to goods or services.

Any person who accesses or uses any part of GlitchRealm's services or website. This includes users with registered accounts, anonymous guests, and anyone browsing or using features that don't require registration. In our legal documents, this is referred to as "you," "your," or "user."

A third-party service that processes financial transactions on behalf of GlitchRealm, such as donations or purchases. These providers handle payment authorization, validation, and settlement according to their own terms and security procedures. GlitchRealm does not directly process or store payment card information.

Any third-party service, website, or infrastructure provider that GlitchRealm integrates with to deliver platform functionality. This includes hosting services, authentication providers, storage systems, analytics tools, and community platforms. External platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

A user-created game uploaded to GlitchRealm's platform for community access, subject to review and approval by moderators or developers.

Creations of the mind protected by law, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. GlitchRealm's code is MIT licensed, while non-code assets are All Rights Reserved.

Repeated unwanted contact, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior targeting an individual or group. Includes cyberbullying, doxxing, stalking, and coordinated attacks. Prohibited under our Code of Conduct.

Content that attacks, demeans, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. Strictly prohibited.

Legal permission to use intellectual property under specified conditions. GlitchRealm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services.

A permissive open-source software license applied to GlitchRealm's source code, allowing use, modification, and distribution with minimal restrictions.

A trusted community member or team member authorized to review content, enforce community guidelines, and take action against policy violations.

The process of reviewing, approving, removing, or restricting user-generated content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. Includes automated filtering and human review by moderators.

Malicious software including viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or code designed to harm users, steal data, or compromise security. Strictly prohibited in games and all content.

Fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information (passwords, financial data, personal details) by impersonating legitimate entities. Includes fake login pages, deceptive links, and social engineering attacks. Prohibited.

Content that violates our Content Moderation Policy, including illegal material, hate speech, harassment, malware, spam, or other content harmful to the platform or community. May result in removal and account penalties.

Information that identifies or can be used to identify you, including your name, email address, IP address, and browsing data. Protected under our Privacy Policy.

The GlitchRealm website, services, applications, games, and all associated infrastructure and systems provided by GlitchRealm Games.

The duration a user actively plays a game on GlitchRealm, tracked and stored in our database for analytics and user statistics.

All features, functions, content, and applications provided by GlitchRealm, including game hosting, user authentication, community features, and related offerings.

The operational status and accessibility of GlitchRealm's platform and integrated third-party services. GlitchRealm cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to dependencies on external providers, maintenance requirements, and technical factors beyond our control.

Unsolicited or repetitive content that disrupts the platform experience, including but not limited to excessive promotional messages, duplicated posts, automated bot activity, or misleading links. Subject to moderation and enforcement actions.

External services integrated with GlitchRealm, such as Firebase (authentication), Supabase (storage), and Netlify (hosting). These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

A quarterly public report disclosing statistics about moderation activities, including the number of reports received, enforcement actions taken, appeals processed, and policy violation trends. Published to maintain accountability and community trust.

The legally binding agreement governing your use of GlitchRealm's platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Content created and submitted by users, including game submissions, reviews, community posts, and comments. You retain ownership but grant GlitchRealm a license to use it.

A user who has been granted a verified creator badge by GlitchRealm developers, indicating trusted status within the community.

Digital items, currency, or rewards within GlitchRealm games that have no cash value and are non-transferable outside the platform.

Refers to GlitchRealm Games, the entity that owns and operates the GlitchRealm platform.

The GlitchRealm website accessible at glitchrealm.ca, glitchrealm.netlify.app, and all associated subdomains and pages.

Refers to the End User accessing or using GlitchRealm's services, whether as a registered user or guest.
